The salesman was thorough and answered all of my questions on my first visit when I test road a Mazda 3. He was pleasant and patient when I told him I was not ready to buy on that day. He did his follow up work with email reminders. When I told him I would contact him when I was ready to buy he respected my wishes. I returned to the dealership about 2 months later, test drove and bought a Mazda CX-5 and could not be happier both with the car and with my experience with my sales person Nathan. Prior to the purchase, I was most interested in the dark grey color . Ryan said we have that color but in a standard, I told him that I haven't driven one in 15 plus years. Ryan said want a test drive ? Of course I said yes. Such trust ! Also while we were going over things Nathan offered to get us some lunch who does that ? Mazda personal does !!! And the most impressive thing was that Bob the finance manger over heard that I was undecided and allowed me to take the CX5 over the New Year weekend to decide . I've always had hand-me-downs so this was my first experience buying a car on my own. I was a little nervous since I didn't know what to expect and didn't want to be pressured into anything since I had to make a decision rather quickly to begin with. Ryan and Rob made the whole experience virtually painless from start to finish. They didn't show me anything I couldn't afford and did their best to get me exactly what I wanted for what I could afford. Could not have asked for a better experience with better people. Will definitely recommend! More

This was my first time at Seacoast Mazda, I had been by other dealers and had not received the same kind of service as Nate had given me at Seacoast. This was my first time at Seacoast Mazda, I had been by other dealers and had not received the same kind of service as Nate had given me at Seacoast. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me or jump to make me sign before I had time to drive the car- a certified Previously owned 2014 Mazda 6 with all the bells and whistles. The car is in very good condition and drove better than I expected... Nate advised me on all the options and put up with my constant questions and reluctance. I was on the fence with a Subaru but after Nate let me drive home with the 6 and drive to work two days straight I was sold. I love the car and I actually look forward to my commute now from Seabrook NH to Billerica Ma, everyday! Thanks Nate and staff for making it easy!! More
