Seemed hopeless...left surprised I can agree that I really had no hope or expectation of being able to get a car. We worked with Ryan who was awesome! He was friendly, easy going, honest and very helpful. He made the experience easy and enjoyable -- never once did I feel pressured to buy. We had a car to sell or trade in and we had done our research before we came in so that we could make the best financial decision. we felt so good about the trade in value from Seacoast Mazda that we went with them which made the whole transaction so much easier. We also worked with Teddy on the financing and he was a big help as well. Again, we trusted him and felt he was partnering with us. The whole experience of getting my new car couldn't have gone better -- We were at the dealership during the Pats game and my husband didn't even complain and that's saying a lot! My husband and I were wanting to get a new car, and decided to stop at Seacoast Mazda since our car that we were wanting to trade in was in fact a Maz My husband and I were wanting to get a new car, and decided to stop at Seacoast Mazda since our car that we were wanting to trade in was in fact a Mazda 6. After getting our current car evaluated, it was pretty clear that we had negative equity going on, as we still owed 10,000.00 and the car really was only a 6,000.00 trade-in. Quentin and the sales management team worked so well with us, to get a situation that worked for us and for them at the same time. We drove out of there with a brand new car and smiles on our face from EXCELLENT service. I was certain that I wouldn't get a mazda, but now I am fairly confident I will always be a mazda girl, and we will continue to go back to Seacoast Mazda again, and again :) Thank you so much guys! I got to work with Bob, Stuart, and Quentin and each of them was incredibly pleasant and worked hard to ge The people at Seacoast Mazda are wonderful! I got to work with Bob, Stuart, and Quentin and each of them was incredibly pleasant and worked hard to get me into a car that was not just a sale for them, but a GREAT car for me and my son! I've been to other dealerships in the past and when I left I felt like I was being forced into something that was not the best option for me but a better sale for the salesman. This is NOT the case at Seacoast Mazda! The guys jumped through hoops in order to get me into a car that fit into the budget I set for them, they didn't even try to get me to agree to a few dollars more....in fact, they got me a beautiful, clean, low mileage car with a monthly payment that was LESS than I told them I could afford! They even helped me get the insurance coverage for my new car as well, which saved me a lot of time that, as a single mother, I do not have much of. Everyone that asks me about my new car I rave to them about the guys at Seacoast Mazda! I've never had a more friendly and comfortable buying experience than with them. I recommend this dealership to anyone that's looking into getting a car - you will not find a better experience from the minute you step into the door! More
