I have been consistently disappointed with this dealership. They have done some work without pre-authorization, and they focus more on finding additional work (not requested) to propose than on ge dealership. Communication is poor. I loved my first Mercedes and the associated dealer so much that I bought another one. After dealing with this dealership, I have traded my Mercedes in for a different vehicle, allowing me to go elsewhere. More
I trust the quality of work done at Sears and while it may be somewhat more expensive than other alternatives, knowing that the work is done according to the manufacturer's guidelines and specifications i may be somewhat more expensive than other alternatives, knowing that the work is done according to the manufacturer's guidelines and specifications is important to me. In my last service, Lance and Bill accepted my last minute call due to a transmission leak that concerned me.
