Victor Soto was awesome on the phone initially and then thru the whole process. I was unsure of what kind of vehicle would work for me so he spent a lot of time helping me analyze them, showed me how to us thru the whole process. Negotiated AND signed on a new car only to later be told it was a rental with over 1k miles. Signed paperwork for no additional dealer options installed, only to be hit with a $500 aftermarket alarm s it was a rental with over 1k miles. Signed paperwork for no additional dealer options installed, only to be hit with a $500 aftermarket alarm system in financing office. Signed and circled paperwork for 62 month loan but they gave me the 72 months. And worst of all, I only recieved the receipt 2 weeks after purchase AFTER I called twice. After looking at receipt, I noticed the dealer added their optional full extra warranty which added $4400 to my purchase. I don’t have the words for this dealer. More
