Friendly. That's about it. Beyond that they are irresponsibly uninformed. My partner and I realized we were lied to by the staff about the Clean Vehicle Tax That's about it. Beyond that they are irresponsibly uninformed. My partner and I realized we were lied to by the staff about the Clean Vehicle Tax Credit eligibility of the Hyundai Tucson Plug-In Hybrid SEL. The staff are friendly but are almost maliciously incompetent for being severely misinformed about their cars manufacturing and refusing to take responsibility. This was like a scam, considering we are likely not the first people to be victims of this, since they tell everyone asking about this that this applies to their tax return, despite it actually being supposed to be immediate. They also don't know their vehicle manufacturing, their laws, or how to do their jobs. Then they have the nerve to blame you for believing their lies; borderline predatory business behavior. We adore the car itself, but we find it hard to be happy with a car we were lured and trapped into. All this without even an apology for the misinformation (that we helped clear), much less any compensation. We are crushed after days spent trying to reach the team too busy to help us, that we can't even return the car or receive any help at all for their collective lie that costs $7500. Go somewhere more educated on hybrids/EV laws. More
Mohamud was unclear and uneducated of the car. Because I did a trade in, I had to come back with my trade-in vehicle after dropping off my baby at home, I assume I would get everything from the ad such as the Cargo package and cover, however he fail to give that to me stating I have to paid it because it's a used car. I would assume he would honor the car ad, but said it doesn't come with it. He didn't tell me much about the car because he didn't know much about the car. He did tell me about the warranty until I ask the Fianance Manager, Ryan. My overall experience was bad. I wish to have an educated salesperson who knows about the car in buying and tell me the options as well as the warranty since it's a big dea because I have 2 kids. If the car breaks down, my kids, wife and I would be stranded. I would not recommend going my friends and family to this place. You need to train your salesperson! More
DO NOT buy an electric vehicle from this branch as their staff do not fully understand the Clean Vehicle Tax credit that EV and PHEV get. I was told during my purchase by multiple staff and by finance that staff do not fully understand the Clean Vehicle Tax credit that EV and PHEV get. I was told during my purchase by multiple staff and by finance that my car was eligible for a $7,500 tax credit. Then shortly after the purchase I learned I can apply said credit immediately to lower the financing. Though after 4 days of trying to get help on accessing my paperwork on the purchase I learn the car is NOT covered by the credit, and that their is nothing they can do for falsely claiming it ever did, I am now one of probably many purchaser from this branch who purchased this car and will NOT be getting aforementioned credit at all. I find this very disappointing as I found all the staff to be very friendly, but that doesn't make up for the lack of knowledge on their own vehicles. More
