I would recommend anyone to visit Hyundai Seattle once before going to any other shops.I found them very flexible in getting the ball rolling for customers.Had been the case I knew about them earlier I would have visited them month before. I have wasted my time going around shops to get a suitable family vehicle for a long run.I am sure their service will go a long way and customers will remember them to use them for future services. $560 for a new battery! I was told I needed "a more expensive battery", but no explanation beyond that. Almost half of that cost was for labor. Whoever did the labor didn't I was told I needed "a more expensive battery", but no explanation beyond that. Almost half of that cost was for labor. Whoever did the labor didn't reconnect the negative battery cap. He left it on my windshield wiper. I was lucky it didn't rain, or I would've lost it. Also, they didn't give me a free car wash coupon, which is typical when you get service. Counter person said he didn't know where the coupons were. All in all, way overpriced and subpar workmanship. I only bought from Seattle Hyundai because they had the color of vehicle I wanted. I know it was a busy time, but my salesperson Zia did the bare minimum, didn’t even offer me water. He couldn’t even mail my license plates after repeatedly telling me he did. It took 3 weeks and multiple calls and e-mails until another employee could figure it out. I hope to never set foot in this dealership again. More
