$560 for a new battery! I was told I needed "a more expensive battery", but no explanation beyond that. Almost half of that cost was for labor. Whoever did the labor didn't reconnect the negative battery cap. He left it on my windshield wiper. I was lucky it didn't rain, or I would've lost it. Also, they didn't give me a free car wash coupon, which is typical when you get service. Counter person said he didn't know where the coupons were. All in all, way overpriced and subpar workmanship. I only bought from Seattle Hyundai because they had the color of vehicle I wanted. I know it was a busy time, but my salesperson Zia did the bare minimum, didn’t even offer me water.
