During the oil change, I was told the car turned on. I wonder if it was a mechanic mistake as I did not start it remotely. When we pulled up the front, someone was there to greet and guide where we could park. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming including managers. When in for a LOF, Marco (at desk) did not give me the routine inspection printout or discuss the results. He also did not follow up on whether my tires were low even though I said the low tire light was routine inspection printout or discuss the results. He also did not follow up on whether my tires were low even though I said the low tire light was on. I asked Marco to print the inspection report, and the tech wrote on the reportthat my brake pads were at 4mm. When I questioned it because I had just had my brake pads replaced less than a year ago at another dealership, Marco had a tech remeasure and said the pads were at 9mm. Hmmmm. More

My experience with this dealership has probably been the worst ever. I have purchased many cars from dealerships and by far this was the worst experience.
