I was looking for a new car and found this dealership in Seattle area. Living in Tri-Cities, I came to Seattle a week before I bought my car for Madonna's concert and I decided to stopped by before coming b Seattle area. He is very professional and he showed me around a little bit before I made my decision. He was always on top of everything (documents needed, personal info, insurance, preferences, options, etc). He was very helpful and I appreciated all he did for me. You rock, Victor! Also, a big thank you to all the staff members I was working with along the process (Management, accounting, receptionist). Rachel was able to provide us with an offer over the phone that was better than any dealer in the area and once we arrived at the dealership the only thing left for us to do was sign the paperwork. I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was at Seattle Hyundai.
