Our Experience with Seattle: A++, our experience with the overall process (other dealerships, Dodge) (F--). We initially wanted a fully loaded 2011 Dodge Durange Citadel. I mean loaded. It had to have eve overall process (other dealerships, Dodge) (F--). We initially wanted a fully loaded 2011 Dodge Durange Citadel. I mean loaded. It had to have everything. I was lead to believe by the Bellevue Dealership and Dodge Online that the one I was getting did have it. It did not. I found out, after I rolled out that it was actually the wrong Stereo (430, not 730) and yes it's a big deal. We actually ended up working with Seattle to help resolve the issue. Dodge would do nothing about it and we have filed a complaint with the BBB. My wife took in my brand new (about a month old) Durango and while they were putting on the plates talked to John about the situation. Now we actually had talked to several other people, who were not able to help us and one person, who actually never got back to me on this. So although I am rating a 5, it is due to John and their overall help, but there was a little lack of follow through by one of their team members. Anyhoo. My wife worked with John who did what I wanted, got me a fully loaded 2012 instead. We put a little cash out of pocket, our payment was almost identical, they through in the maintenance etc. THe big thing I want to call out though is John Martin. The guy knows the cars, the equipment and how to explain it to people, without talking down to them. I couldn't be more happy with how things turned out. My new (new) car is gorgeous. It rides like a dream, the stereo is exactly what I wanted, and guess what... Thanks to John I actually know how to use it and he even gave us great feedback on suggested settings etc based on how I want to use it. Our experience with John and Seattle has been great. Charles in Finance...Amazing to work with Everything was easy etc. Again the only little downside was that I asked for getting into a 12 2weeks earlier and didn't have follow up on making that happen. John stepped in and took care of it. A++ in my book, and my Durango... Honestly... is amazing... Thanks John so much for your help and support. p.s. I immediately started recommending my friends and co-workers directly to John! More

He is not only knowledgable about the Jeep brand, he is a in-the-know about competitive brands. For me this is the sign of a person who interested in what he is selling, no just sales. The car buying experience is fraught with pitfalls that people, including myself, go into with the idea that it needs to be a struggle of wills to get a good deal. Although, there was a fair bit of negotiation involved, John was good-natured and respectful of our needs. Thusly, the process was conciliatory and I walked out with a fantastic Grand Cherokee at a great price. And, we shook hands with mutual respect to boot. My wife and I visited Town and Country last week to purchase a Wrangler Unlimited. Trevor did a fantastic job of finding vehicles for us to test and drive and he did an even better job of knowing when purchase a Wrangler Unlimited. John is knowledgeable, he listens, he has a sense of humor, he accounts for every detail and made this car shopping experience one to remember. This note is long overdue. I have been driving my new 2011 Chrysler 300 C for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. If you are reading this, I could not encourage you more to get yourself in to Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and to ask for John Martin. From the moment we met, I was treated with gentlemanly respect and total class by John. He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and was very patient. I was coming in with a 2008 300 C at the end of its lease (also from T & C, another decent experience) and was having a hard time saying goodbye to the car -- but John put me behind the wheel of the new model (all-wheel drive) and we went for a spin. John impressed me with his deep knowledge of the vehicle on every point -- and, after he encouraged me take it home for the night, I was convinced. I appreciated John's friendly nature and I feel we bonded (John always recognizes me if I swing in and has gone out of his way to assure me he will personally get involved in any issue I ever have with the car). Which is to say that, by no means will you feel that you are merely another sale to Mr. Martin. I would happily send any close friend or family member in to see John and I feel confident you would receive the same level of service that I did. I also want to mention Robert Caudle and Charles Kim -- should your paths cross with these guys, you will get a warm reception and a few laughs. Great Leasing Experience! We had been car shopping all day and went to Town and Country Chrysler Dodge and Jeep because the lease on our Grand Caravan was up. We wanted to test drive the new Dodge Durang day and went to Town and Country Chrysler Dodge and Jeep because the lease on our Grand Caravan was up. We wanted to test drive the new Dodge Durango, but were pretty sure we couln't afford it. Jaye Fayed walked out and took us for a test drive. He was the first salesman I have ever worked with that was low pressure and truly a lot of fun to work with. In the end both Jaye and Trevor worked with us to get the price point that we could live with! As much as I hate dealing with car salesmen, I will definitely go back to Jaye when we trade in our Durango (or buy it) at the end of our lease. He is a GREAT guy and even gave our son a present for waiting so patiently with us. They also had a bbq going on for their Labor Day Weekend sale and many of the other salesmen asked us if we were hungry, if they could get us anything, chatted with us about the Husky game, etc. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!
