The service department is sketchy, using scare tactics to try to get me to agree to unnecessary work. Instead of answering my question of what was wrong with my spark plugs, told me that if I didn't change t try to get me to agree to unnecessary work. Instead of answering my question of what was wrong with my spark plugs, told me that if I didn't change them my car may not start and said that my car more than likely wouldn't stall out in the middle of the freeway. I will no longer be bringing my Jeep back to your dealership. More
