My recent visit was easily the worst customer experience of my life. I dropped off my 2015 Jeep Wrangler on a Tuesday morning for a thermostat check engine light, headlight issue, and a 100k miles service. of my life. I dropped off my 2015 Jeep Wrangler on a Tuesday morning for a thermostat check engine light, headlight issue, and a 100k miles service. I go the entire day without hearing anything, have to call to check the status at 4PM. I was told they had run the codes and drained my oil, however they were locked out of the engine bay because of my aftermarket hood latches (I left them unlocked when I dropped it off). I no longer have the key to the locks, was never called about it, and was now locked out of the hood / engine bay. I then go up the next day to resolve the situation and was effectively blamed for it. Eliza, my service advisor and her manager, both claimed that either I was the one that locked it or someone that “came off the street did it”, but it was not them. They did however offer to drill them out for me for an additional $100. I refused to pay for an issue they caused. Eventually they agreed to open it and change the oil so I could leave. I go the rest of the day without hearing from them. The next morning I go up and the Jeep is in the same spot, again I can’t drive it off because I was told my oil had been drained. I then raised the issue with management outside of the service center. I was told they actually didn’t drain the oil and I was free to go without being charged. Long story short, my service advisor lied on multiple occasions, tried to extort me for everything dollar she could, and effectively held my vehicle hostage for 3 days. I made a formal complaint to Jeep and will never be back to this dealership again. I even question if I’ll get another Jeep period (Broncos are looking nice now). I would avoid at all costs, especially if you get Eliza, this is my second negative experience with her. If I could give zero stars I would. More

Forced to pay under protest for a defective safety recall. Avoid the service department at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seattle. They performed the corporate 73B safety recall on my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid recall. Avoid the service department at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seattle. They performed the corporate 73B safety recall on my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid, which directly bricked the vehicle’s central communication network (Active Code U0001-00 CAN C Bus crash) and disabled my hybrid systems (U0412).Instead of fixing their defective software update for free under federal recall mandates and my Hybrid Powertrain Warranty, the store manager forced me to pay a $284.67 'diagnostic fee' under protest just to get my vehicle back. To make matters worse, their technician noted on the invoice that the van actively needs a 9-module software flash to fix this network conflict, yet they tried to charge me an additional $812.50 to perform it.I have already escalated this to Stellantis Corporate (Case #96653106) and have officially filed formal complaints with the Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the NHTSA. If you want a dealership that honors safety recalls and federal consumer laws, go somewhere else. More

little problem with my Jeep, would come out of cruise , turns out it was not a minor issue and it was handled so very well, with no excuses ,just explanations of what was happening. I have brought vehicles here for the past 20 years and will continue to do so. The service dept rep explains everything in detail & answers all my questions. Through 3 Wrangler Unlimited Jeeps since 2012, this team has always been terrific. Always providing all needed info about the work to be done, and making sure the fees aligned with work covered by maintenan has always been terrific. While the service agent was great, prices are ridiculously high and there was a ton missed in my vehicle upon inspection that another shop picked up on including very obvious rodent activity on t ridiculously high and there was a ton missed in my vehicle upon inspection that another shop picked up on including very obvious rodent activity on top of the engine. This dealership also does not offer loaners even when wanting to hold on to the vehicle for a week. More

Everything was good with the exception my oil change took two and a half hours.
