While the service agent was great, prices are ridiculously high and there was a ton missed in my vehicle upon inspection that another shop picked up on including very obvious rodent activity on t ridiculously high and there was a ton missed in my vehicle upon inspection that another shop picked up on including very obvious rodent activity on top of the engine. I brought my truck in with 2 issues and in need of an oil change. I got it back 4 days later with neither issue accurately diagnosed, a part replaced unnecessarily, and out $1400. That's after they told me I have $5000 of "Urgent" work to be done on my truck even though I had just had all that work done elsewhere (They literally looked at my odometer and recommended all that work without even looking at the truck and admitted this to me). Still need to take my truck elsewhere to get this work done. So all in all it was a $1400 oil change. Pretty blown away by how bad this experience was. More
