The reason I cannot give 5 stars is that I had to return to have the permaplate coating applied and have a small scratch buffed out (it was very late when we made our purchase). It's just under a one hour drive each way and we were told it would be 2-3 hours for that work to be done. That was incorrect - it was a minimum 4 hour process. I was clear when I made the appointment and when I arrived that I had another appointment that day and what time I needed to leave. After 3.5 hours and no one had updated me, I asked what was going on and the service department was shocked that I had been told it would take 2-3 hours as that is incorrect. When I was finally given my key back after 4 hours, the scratch had not been buffed out so now I will have to return again. More

Took my Jeep Grand Wagoneer in to a different shop for repair work and after two times and multiple days left there they could not fix my issue with the lift-gate, but when I came to Seattle Jeep they wer repair work and after two times and multiple days left there they could not fix my issue with the lift-gate, but when I came to Seattle Jeep they were able to fix it without issue in one day. It works great now. On top of that, Kaylee was terrific at helping me and because of my sob story she personally made sure to test my lift-gate herself multiple times before calling me to pick it up.
