The sales representative was extremely slow. We went in for two vehicles, we were held there for 6 hours (no joke!) and left with only one vehicle. They tried to undersell my vehicle's trade-in We went in for two vehicles, we were held there for 6 hours (no joke!) and left with only one vehicle. They tried to undersell my vehicle's trade-in value by over 3k, continually kept losing keys to the vehicles I was interested in, and when we finally came to an agreement on the price negotiation of the trade-in versus the two cars I was purchasing, I opted out of waypoint protection on both vehicles-a service of $800 per car-they did not want to refund the difference. They also lied about documentation fees; in the negotiation process, the sales rep insisted I include $1200 for registration and documentation fees, when the purchase paperwork was finalized, the total of these fees was $250. They told me they were working on numbers 2 hours into the process, they didn't actually start on numbers until 4 hours in. They said they were detailing and gassing up the vehicle, but I saw no difference in the gas tank, which was left at a quarter, from when I test drive it. After doing the math, I figured out they were trying to scam me out of 3k in selling me the second car. I've never met a shadier dealership, and I'm over 15 vehicles into this experience. 0/10 would NOT recommend!!! More

I’ve taken my Jeep’s here for years and I’ve also bought a Jeep here. They are very professional and provide excellent care! I brought my vehicle in when other places could not resolve the problem. Got it fixed once but the check engine light came on. Got it reassessed it was told it would cost 17 K and that some of the prev resolve the problem. Got it fixed once but the check engine light came on. Eliza offered to get the warranty work done again for free and I declined the more expensive repair as it would not have been worth it had to wait almost a month for parts to come in. I realize this is beyond your control, but it was very inconvenient. I command Eliza for being cheerful and keeping me updated. More

Both the oil change and free inspection were quick, and the inspection came back with an honest evaluation of what the car needed (all of which I already expected) more importantly there were not any unexpected findings. Great job and a great way to build trust. More
