I want to like this dealership, but. ... this is the second time they've scheduled me for service and realized after I drop off my vehicle that they do not actually have all the necessar ... this is the second time they've scheduled me for service and realized after I drop off my vehicle that they do not actually have all the necessary parts. First time was for an oil change. This most recent time was for a recall repair. The service staff are friendly and kind, but their parts(?) or purchasing(?) department is is hobbling them. They didn't screw anything up other than I had to waste my time dropping off a vehicle that didn't get worked on. Communication is also challenging--direct dialing sends me to a voicemail box more than half the time. Why aren't they making more use of SMS/texting for automating status updates? More

I mentioned several times I need a shuttle to come to and back to dealership. No clear communication with shuttle driver, so he left and I had to adhoc coordinate my own transport while being assured earlier that the shuttle will be available. More
I was charged over $300 for an oil change. An estimate of the price was not disclosed to me at the time of making my appointment, and I discovered this after arriving. The cost of parts was inflated between %300 - %1100, while markup is expected, this seems absurd. I am unable to find an oil change at a certified technician in the region for more than $150. I built a good client relationship during the sales process, and now feel betrayed by the absurd product markup, overall cost of service, and the failure to disclose this in advance. The service itself, however, appears to have been performed well. Thank you for that. More
