He has always been prompt and responsive to all my queries, and I have found him to be courteous, friendly, and with a good sense of humour. Due to sparse inventory, Dan put together details and images of the cars that were on the boat. I picked on of those and he kept me updated on the boat’s journey. He had promised me that I would have my new car before the end of May, and he kept his word. A great experience overall.
