When my first used car a SRT challenger kept having a check engine light come on, they tried everything to fix it. When the problem wouldn't go away. They took the car back and started looking for a replacement. They found another SRT challenger 2 years newer and 20 thousand miles less then the one I had. They brought the car down from NY for me to try out and see if I liked it, and it was great. I could not have been happier. I would recommend this Dealership to every one. From sales to service department nothing but the best. More
Car serviced at regular service cycle. No idiot lights came on, however engine problem identified by service tech. Joe came out and explained all options: from no fix to total fix including price breakd came on, however engine problem identified by service tech. I have been to other dealerships and was addressed like an idiot. I did get my car fixed at Linder thanks to Joe and all of the service crew. It was also returned vacumed and cleaned. Linder motors always puts the customer first. They always work with you and make sure you are 100% happy with the work they do. I only will take my car to them. In December we rented a car to drive to Milwaukee as our Buick had almost 70,000 miles on it. The car they gave us was a 2010 Nitro. We loved the car so much that we decided to buy one. We have had good experiences with Linder Dodge in the past so we went to them. Harold Winslow was our salesman, and he couldn't have been more helpful. They had to get the car from another dealer as they didn't have what we wanted in stock. This was done quickly and efficiently. When we picked the car up, all the paperwork was ready for us to sign, then Harold came outside and went over everything about the car for us. He followed up with a phone call about a week later to see how everything was. We are very pleased with our experience with the dealership and especially with our salesman,Harold, and would definitely recommend them to others. We also love the car! Barbara Birmingham More
I called Harold on a Wednesday, described what I wanted and he told me what he had in stock. My husband was en route to Linder as Harold & I spoke. When my husband arrived, their was no bait & switch, that and he told me what he had in stock. My husband was en route to Linder as Harold & I spoke. When my husband arrived, their was no bait & switch, that vehicle was there, as promised, and the numbers were as Harold promised. In fact, Harold never led us astray once. I've never had that happen before! We went back on a Friday, Harold lent us a similar model (the lower priced one my husband had spoken of, Harold really paid attention) and let us take it for an hour. When we returned, he couldn't have bent backwards further to help us easily get into the model my husband wanted. Jeff came on the scene, getting us approved and keeping us company while my husband switched insurance companies. Harold was close by, ready and willing to answer any questions. I wish I knew all the salesmen's names, they were all very kind and friendly, as all our dealings with Linder have been (this is our 4th vehicle purchased from Linder). Jeff helped out by looking up the Vin's of every vehicle we owned, so switching insurance was a breeze. When the call went out, everyone worked together to get the vehicle off the showroom floor and onto the lot. A total of maybe 3 hours had passed including the hour test drive. Harold, Jeff & their GM couldn't have worked harder, as I said, to get us into this car in a way that didn't kill our budget. They were always kind, sweet to our children, I can't say enough. We highly recommend Linder, Harold Winslow in particular - and won't go anywhere else if we ever need another car. More
