My car battery died Friday evening as I was preparing for 20 inches of falling snow. I immediately jumpstarted my car and drove to Secour Subaru. Of course, the excellent customer service is nothing new to me at Secor Subaru. To top it all, Rob called me on Monday to see how I made out with a new battery and if I needed any other support. I made my appointment over the phone. Emails were sent confirming my appointment. I dropped my car of early in the morning, they provided car service with a wonderful driver who delivered me safely to wor confirming my appointment. It took 2 hours to complete the service, I brought it in at 7:30am and they did not rotate my tires but charged me for it.
