My car battery died Friday evening as I was preparing for 20 inches of falling snow. I immediately jumpstarted my car and drove to Secour Subaru. I pulled into the service area with 10 minutes left to close. I was cheerfully greeted by Rob, Service representative. He replaced my battery free of charge since it was under warranty. Of course, the excellent customer service is nothing new to me at Secor Subaru. To top it all, Rob called me on Monday to see how I made out with a new battery and if I needed any other support. I made my appointment over the phone. Emails were sent confirming my appointment. I dropped my car of early in the morning, they provided car service with a wonderful driver who delivered me safely to wor confirming my appointment. They picked me back up midday and I was back at the service desk to pay and I was on my way back to work in 30 minutes top! The most efficient car service around. I will never go anywhere else! It took 2 hours to complete the service, I brought it in at 7:30am and they did not rotate my tires but charged me for it.
