Service was great and fine. I am however upset that I was told I couldn’t get a loaner car. I was told because it was “diagnostic” I didn’t qualify. As always, this team is very professional and very knowledgeable. It was an issue with back order on the parts. However, as soon as they came in that morning before 8 AM, I was able to schedule my app knowledgeable. It was an issue with back order on the parts.
