I spoke with Lauren when making my appointment for service. She was delightful and most accommodating in her response. I asked that the clock in my car be set to the new daylight savings time becaus service. She was delightful and most accommodating in her response. I asked that the clock in my car be set to the new daylight savings time because I still do not know how to operate many of the options offered in the car, including setting the clock. When I picked up the care at the end of the day, the clock was set, but not to daylight savings time. Now, when I check the time I have to deduct an hour from the existing time. That's not terrible, just annoying. More
