Normally love our experience, but brought our vehicle in to check on an AC issue that was supposed to have been fixed last time and don’t feel my concerns were listened to at all (hopefully not because of m to check on an AC issue that was supposed to have been fixed last time and don’t feel my concerns were listened to at all (hopefully not because of my gender). It’s now two weeks after that 2nd repair and issue has cropped up again with even worse associated symptoms. I’m worried that their disregard of my notes has led to an issue getting worse. Now bringing car in for a 3rd what should have been unnecessary) time. Update - So, we did bring our car in for that third service on the A/C. Additionally, as the leak had not been fixed after the first two visits - it ruined another part that we had to replace. We specifically asked for a call from the manager when she was next in to discuss the matter. There was no call. It’s now a couple weeks later. The issue is back. The A/C is still not fixed and (per Lauren’s note below) I’ve called both that voicemail extension as well as the general service line and requested someone to call me to discuss what’s next. There hasn’t been any returned call to any of the repeated voicemails. Additional update - called the main service center again and this time got a person! Lauren had been away all of last week, so I’m not counting those lost voicemails anymore. There were still a couple to the main line that weren’t returned, but at least it wasn’t all of them being ignored. More
