This service cycle was not as successful as previous ones. I originally scheduled the 18,000 mile service plus replacing the fuel pump as part of the recall. When I scheduled the appointment, I was ones. I originally scheduled the 18,000 mile service plus replacing the fuel pump as part of the recall. When I scheduled the appointment, I was not told that the gas tank needed to be < 1/4 full. So, I had to reschedule. I returned and the only service performed was the fuel pump because the person making the appointment originally did not include the 18K service. In addition, when I got the car back, the fuel pump had not been primed. I returned for the 3rd time to get the 18K service done. All very inefficient from my perspective. This showed an issue with communication and attention to detail when creating and managing appointments, in my opinion. More
Impreza brought in for fuel pump recall. All dealings from scheduling appointment, to providing loaner, to pick up were handled with friendly and courteous staff. Service was very good and it is nice to get car washed. Today I have tried to reach someone in service for over 2 hours but no one answers the phone. I did leave a message for a callback an hour ago.
