Car shopping typically creates a lot of angst for me however the minute my husband and I walked in, from the welcoming receptionist to our salesman, O Car shopping typically creates a lot of angst for me however the minute my husband and I walked in, from the welcoming receptionist to our salesman, Owen, we had such a positive, no pressure experience. Owen helped us find exactly what we were looking for, right in our price range, and did an excellent job of showing us our options. Once we decided, financing was made easy by your finance representative and Owen not only had our car ready and waiting in top condition, I think he spent over an hour (at the end of the day!) walking through of all of the features and set up for us. We would definitely come back to Secor! Thank you all so much for such a positive and excellent experience! We love our Volvo! More

Stephen Plona was exceptionally knowledgeable about the car, and both Bob and Arnold were gentleman in their respective roles as well. I did not haggle about price (I had done my research about the car--it was previously owned--and thought it fair) and neither did I on the trade in (which I also researched and evaluated accordingly). So I drove away without feeling "shafted" or "I got them!" In making the deal. Just satisfied that it was an overall pleasant major purchase experience. More
