Service department had no problem with. The problem is Chrysler. Having problems with 2021 Laramie 1500. Nothing but issues with stereo . They replaced the stereo twice. I was initially told by my salesman Tom Sweeney that even though my brother is the primary listed on the lease and I was secondary that I would definitely get credit on my credit report because I am the one though my brother is the primary listed on the lease and I was secondary that I would definitely get credit on my credit report because I am the one making payments. I've been told now that that is not the case which is very upsetting to me because I'm trying to build-up my credit. if that's the case why am i paying a higher monthly payment and not getting any credit for it? A had a recall on my keep for a fuel pump relay. The FCA case handler called 4 other dealerships who all wanted to put me on a waiting list for such a critical repair- car could shut down with no warning. S case handler called 4 other dealerships who all wanted to put me on a waiting list for such a critical repair- car could shut down with no warning. Security Jeep gave me an appointment within a few days.All of the repair shop crew that I dealt with were professional and courteous especially the female manager there.
