Understanding that the dealership was working in trying times there was poor if not little communication going on. While it is true gifts were offered to make up for it I am sorry to say it didn’t stop the times there was poor if not little communication going on. While it is true gifts were offered to make up for it I am sorry to say it didn’t stop there. I was told to make an appointment to have the bed liner installed for which I did being told it would take a couple of hours what would be a couple of days. I would like to thank Dianna O’Neill for stepping up to make sure I was given a loaner car . Their are other issues I would gladly talk about if anyone would like to hear them.
