"Another day of Great Service"

Drove to this specific dealership because I am always happy with the entire staff from the show room to the service department. This specific day 9/19/2018 went in for an oil change and inspection it was crowded but still managed to get me out at a reasonable time. When I got home I noticed a small problem with my service I had called them back and they were happy to talk with me and solve my problem. This shows me that I can also trust their customer service as they were very professional. This is why I keep going back skipping by other dealers like Levittown Chrysler, Merrick etc... P.S .PLEASE Stay far away from Levittown Chrysler big SCAMMERS. As you can clearly see Security Dodge is on my A plus list. Thank you all at Security Dodge service, parts, showroom and customer support. A special thanks to Bill Davolio.

I brought my car in on Tuesday, and it was ready Wednesday. They fixed 3 separate problems for me and had a lot of customers in there, so I was happily surprised on how quick the turn around was.

Always courteous. Waiting area is extremely comfortable with complementary coffee and other beverages available. There is always some type of money saving emotion available for service.

"Decent but lack of communication "

Car was ready after servicing yet they never called for me while I waited in reception. 2.5 extra hours waiting. I kept inquiring but she said not ready. Finally went directly to service rep who said my car has been ready for hours. She walked to reception and yelled at receptionist

"Responded speedily "

I had my oil changed at the service center and 5 days later my relatively new car turns off at a red light. . Service center says it was a loose wire from the starter to the battery. I think that happened when the changes my oil. They should be much more careful and ensure nothing was made loose! To their credit , they brought us right in to check the car. Diana was very nice. Loaner car should be offered
