They are always so behind, once your car is done they do a good job. It’s impossible to get a loaner car since they didn’t ask when I booked the appt then to be told loaners are booked months in advance so a good job. Diana in service was wonderful. But i was very disappointed when i went to pick up my car. The girl at the desk told me there’s a 4?percent service charge for non cash payment.
