Horrible service My headlights were not working and when I called service they told me since it is my lights I can bring it in at anytime. Once I dropped my car off on My headlights were not working and when I called service they told me since it is my lights I can bring it in at anytime. Once I dropped my car off on a Monday night they told me it was not a quick fix and I needed to leave it overnight. The next day at 3pm I got a phone call saying since I did not have an appointment they cannot look at my car. When I tried to make an appointment the lady told I had to wait until Christmas time. The manager was not willing to work with me and refused to give me a loaner car. I spoke to different managers and finally on Thursday they looked at my car, which ended up being a quick fix. Horrible service and not willing to work with their customers. I would never take my car there for service again. More

Helped me without even having an appointment. This morning I was on my way to Security Dodge of Amityville for an express oil change. As I was walking to my car I noticed oil on the ground. I wiped the chassis with a napkin and sure enough I have an oil leak. When I arrived at Security Dodge I informed them that I had an oil leak and asked if it would be possible for them to check it out even though I didn’t have an appointment. Considering that it was a Sunday morning and they had maybe one or two mechanics working, I didn’t think they would but, they did without hesitation. As I was waiting for my car, I saw Alise Bitic (the lady with the big beautiful smile) who had sold me the car in 2017. I told Alise what happened and she immediately went into the garage and asked the mechanic to do what he can because I live in The Bronx. A little while later, I was told that the oil filter housing needed to be changed and that it would take a couple of hours. Shortly thereafter, I was told that the housing was not in stock and that I would need to leave my Jeep there overnight. Now, Security Dodge went one step further. They gave me a loaner Jeep so that I can get home. The way I was treated was amazing. They went above and beyond like no other dealership has ever done for me. I would like to thank Alise Bitic, Johan Corona, Ricardo Gomez, Jimmy Tsiolis and everyone else in the Service department for caring and being a great help. For those of you who are wondering why I bought a Jeep in Long Island when I live 45 miles away. Dianna my service writer is phenomenal. She is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable and I gotta say, she always puts my mind at ease when I sit down with her and check in my car and give her the rundown of what’s going on. This time around my visit was a lot simpler just pretty much getting a remote start installed my oil change and state inspection but it was still a great seamless process. Difficult problems, satisfactory resolution I brought my truck there for a major problem after being jerked around by another dealer. Upon leaving there was a smoke issue which turned out to be I brought my truck there for a major problem after being jerked around by another dealer. Upon leaving there was a smoke issue which turned out to be another non related issue. I had the second non related issue repaired there also as the vehicle was already there and they took a look at it with all seriousness. Unfortunately, the smoke issue persisted but was handled with style and grace in a very timely manner resulting in a satisfied customer. One star deducted for the length of time it took to resolve all issues and understand that it’s not the service departments fault, but it still took a long time to get fixed More
