Manager at the time said he was going to put are agreement in the record of sale which he didn’t and now he doesn’t even work there anymore. So this customer will not be using you ever. Oil change I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The tech who greeted me told me that everything would take an hour and a half. Mark Petersen Lied about problem and repairs. Vehicle kept burning fuel pump fuse and turning off. Had to have the vehicle towed in 3 times by private tow. Vehicle over a month at dealership. We had to deal with a different service person who help identify the problem. All I got from Petersen were poor excuses and lies. The last person that deal with the vehicle was excellent. More

It’s unsafe to do so, they claim it’s what the manufacturer needs to do before deciding to put a new engine in a brand new car! What they don’t tell u is it’s actually illegal to make u drive an unsafe car. I do like some people at the dealership but if I have to rate them as a whole I say stay far away! More
