Terrible Service Experience Had an appointment to drop my car off for a recall and receive a loaner. This appointment had to be made 2 months in advance which should have been my Had an appointment to drop my car off for a recall and receive a loaner. Arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment and am greeted with a huge line of cars waiting for express service. After 45 minutes of not moving I call the service department and they inform me even though I have an appointment I cannot just drop off my car for service. Was a complete waste of time, and will look to schedule all future maintenance elsewhere. More

Total Joke Total joke , if you xx car r not giving Them money they ignor you . 2 weeks and a rental car while I waited for them to replace 8 rusty bolts. Mark Petersen Lied about problem and repairs. Vehicle kept burning fuel pump fuse and turning off. Had to have the vehicle towed in 3 times by private tow. Vehicle over a month at dealership. Paying for nonsense My brand new 2019 car is stalling mid drive. They are making me drive the car x amount of miles and keep coming back monthly to pay for oil changes. It’s unsafe to do so, they claim it’s what the manufacturer needs to do before deciding to put a new engine in a brand new car! What they don’t tell u is it’s actually illegal to make u drive an unsafe car. I do like some people at the dealership but if I have to rate them as a whole I say stay far away! More
