Horrendous experience I have been going to this location since I bought the truck from them 5 years ago. I couldn't get an appointment for over 2 weeks. I asked if I coul I have been going to this location since I bought the truck from them 5 years ago. I couldn't get an appointment for over 2 weeks. I asked if I could drop off my truck a day early due to a death in my family and was told no. I had a friend drop it off (Saturday) and the appointment seemed to mean nothing as he had to wait over an hour. As of Monday I hadn't gotten a call. I called THREE times and on the 3rd time I had to insist on talking to someone - they didn't have the decency to make a phone call or return my calls. I finally spoke to my service advisor who informed me in a not so direct way, that my car hadn't even been looked at yet. I had to basically demand a loaner - the issues with my truck were covered under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck, so I was under the impression that since I wouldn't be paying anything, I was in no way a priority. My truck was done 2 and a half weeks after it was dropped off - that is ridiculous I will not only NOT recommend this dealer, I will go out of my way to get the word out. My experience was so bad that I will certainly think twice about buying a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge in the future More
