Service can be slow I brought my RAM pickup in for NYS inspection and a oil change. While I will admit there where other cars in front of me, I noticed that my pickup w I brought my RAM pickup in for NYS inspection and a oil change. As a former service advisor for a large auto repair franchise if a car was in the oil change bay for more than 20 minutes the personal was at fault. The time my pickup was in the oil change Bay was 2:30 to 3:30 pm so it wasn't lunch break. More
