The worst This dealership is the worst I have ever had to deal with every time I go there they are always changing there stories about what they promised me an This dealership is the worst I have ever had to deal with every time I go there they are always changing there stories about what they promised me and the way I had Purchase this vehicle from this establishment was beyond ridiculous last time I was there one of the sales person That sold me my car call me a xxxxxx the managers told me to calm down or they will have me removed said that every time I come there there is a problem with my voice well when people promise you things like oil changes and don’t honor them it’s kind of aggravating when you spend $60,000 on a vehicle in their establishment the sales person that I didn’t want to deal with somehow or another got on my order slip I spoke to him about the oil changes and I asked him why do you think that I’m xxxxxxxx and he goes because you are xxxxxxxx And I was promised 6 oll changes I have had two and they said I am not getting anymore More

The entire staff from Brandon to Dianna to even one of the technici Security Dodge service is phenomenal no matter what reason I bring my car in for. The entire staff from Brandon to Dianna to even one of the technicians Alex are always so helpful and informative and patient. Dianna’s no-nonsense attitude always gets me in and out without any hesitation. Any issues that surface, Brandon is always there to assist with and the technician who always works on my vehicles no matter if it be regular service, warranty work or repairs, Alex is the man!!
