Great Dealership but bad staff at service desk Wonderful system for service but girl at front desk gave me a commercial van as a loaner then I requested a passenger vehicle( I lease a passenger veh Wonderful system for service but girl at front desk gave me a commercial van as a loaner then I requested a passenger vehicle( I lease a passenger vehicle and dropped off for service) and wouldn’t change it because “ I don’t have anything else”. Less than a minute later, the following customer was issued a Jeep. The commercial vehicle had no markings (which markings are required by NYS-DMV and was issued a summons for being an “Unaltered Vehicle. I presented the girl with is violation, when I returned the loaner and she said “ I have to pay for it. “. I am not the registered owner of the loaner and I should not alter a vehicle that isn’t mine and should not be required to alter the vehicle so therefore, I should not be required to pay for the violation for an “unaltered vehicle. I didn’t pay for it. Everything else was great. My car was fixed. Service guys were great. I had make appointment online cause she wouldn’t make one over the phone and didn’t tell me about online service scheduler. I took me two week to schedule an appointment that was a month away from the the date I scheduled the appointment. Over those two weeks I tried repeatedly to speak with a service advisor and she never got me a connection. Car was overheating badly. It still is a great dealership despite one employee. I didn’t voice my displeasure and did observe the load of responsibility. She needs to learn to be nice and customer friendly and not talk down to customers More

A man in a Ram truck pulls up behind me, you g man walks by me to assist him, gets into his truck and drives it around the back entrance, he is now in front of me. Someone else walks by I ask if I can get assistance I am told I have to wait for the guy in the Ram. He finally comes over. More
