Had the car 5 days and did nothing to it. I made an appointment on a Thursday. The girl told me to bring it in Monday for the repair and oil change. I dropped it off Sunday night and left the I made an appointment on a Thursday. The girl told me to bring it in Monday for the repair and oil change. I dropped it off Sunday night and left the key along with the service request in the early bird mail slot. When I didn't hear from them by Tuesday I called and was told the car would be ready Tuesday night. I went to pickup the car Wednesday but still not done. They told me Thursday morning it would be ready. I went to pick it up Thursday but still not done. When I spoke to the repair guy he made bull story excuses about an appointment not necessarily being the day they will work on the car. I told him I would pick up the car Friday afternoon. He assured me that the car would be ready. When I showed up Friday afternoon nothing was done to it. No diagnosis or oil change. Again the service guy kept telling me BS saying it would most likely be done by the following Monday. I just left with my car. They offered me nothing for the time lost and my car still needs to be serviced. Very dissatisfied with the lack of respect for the costumer. Clearly lying to costumers means I will not be buying my next car there. More

Their service manager came to the waitinf room to show me my cabin filter, which was dirty, and kedr it up to me wherher i wanted it changed. My experience with everyone at Security has been far and above any other pkace that i have ever dealt with. If you want the job done right this is the dealer to go to. More
