Came in for wheel sensor When I went to go pick up my car there was mud and dirt in the interior of my car and exterior they did not put any mats down on the floor and dirty When I went to go pick up my car there was mud and dirt in the interior of my car and exterior they did not put any mats down on the floor and dirty foot prints were all over my rugs.In addition valet parking was not organized my 80-year-old mother was almost hit by a reckless valet driver who not only did not slow down but beeped at me and my mother. On top of that I had to wait three additional days for a part to come in. Very unprofessional. John was very friendly and helpful. More

Not very good I brought my truck in for a recall and I told the serviceman that my key fobs don’t work. I said I need them replaced, I was charged $174 to tell me I brought my truck in for a recall and I told the serviceman that my key fobs don’t work. When I went to pick up my truck my remote start was not working that your dealership installed and could not fixed, so I was sent to a place in Bellmore to have my Key Fobs reprogrammed.
