Unhappy with service Had 3 things done. Oil change was 1 when I got my truck back I have seen that the sticker was never put on also the computer was never reset and 0 evi Had 3 things done. Terribel Not only did I have a terrible times with their sales department and spent a full 10 hour day there buying a car , but their service is even worse. Not only did I have a terrible times with their sales department and spent a full 10 hour day there buying a car , but their service is even worse. Appointments cannot be made in a timely fashion and if I’m have an issue my choice is to either wait over a month or go else where. I have brought them my car 3 times with the same issue that they “can not replicate” and “did not experience the same issue” therefore they could not help me , but not a problem I just lost 3 full days dropping my car off AND let’s jot forget no loaner cars to lend but don’t worry they have a wait list for that you have a chance to get one . Most recently,... I thought they could handle a simple oil change AND I was very wrong. Brought my car in for a synthetic oil change paid $72 with taxes. The next day I got in my car to a message on my dashboard “oil change required “ and I looked up at my sticker to see it was never changed. Then when I called about the issue they couldn’t tell me if they actually changed my oil or not. Here I go back again .... More

My guy who I always deal with in sales is David Garcia who goes beyond reproach to make the customer feel comfortable without placing any type of pressure or awkwardness towards the customer like many salesman do...... Not here and definitely not with David. You wouldn’t even think you were sitting with a salesman whilst speaking with him. I have purchased several cars from this dealership and recommended friends and family here and it’s always an amazing experience and David just tops this. Finance is always with Vito Ilardi where there’s no alterior motives with this gentleman. Don’t let the smooth sounding guindaloon name confuse you because it did to me at first. Vito is always kind, professional and courteous. He lays everything out right up front with you. No hidden agenda here. As far as service goes, it’s a busy dealership. Be patient!! They’re very catering to the customer base here. But there’s other customers in this hectic world other than yourself. So chill out!! Your vehicle issue will be addressed very soon, promise. There’s a lot going on in this department from warranty repairs to running repairs to every day little things like tire and oil changes. But they’re always great no matter how big the job. They are all very catering here to all those who come in all the time. They are very well-staffed at all levels (blue collar and white collar). Their leadership in particular is great in this department. One of the bosses, Brandon Troy is always floating around and is very helpful. He’s usually at the write-up counter when you drive in directly to your left. He is a very hands on boss. But as said earlier, you do have to realize what a busy dealership it is but they’re always trying to cater to every one of the customers no matter how small the issue and their main goal is to resolve your issue accordingly.
