Disappointed I brought my four year old Ram 2500 to service for a leaking roof. The truck is lightly used, just over 10k miles. I have made NO modification to the I brought my four year old Ram 2500 to service for a leaking roof. The truck is lightly used, just over 10k miles. I have made NO modification to the roof, this is purely a design/manufacturing defect which is well documented as a persistent issue with RAM trucks. This dealer initially disappointed me relative to the roof repair. First, it took over a month to get an appointment. Then, they did not address the roof on that date, so I needed to leave the truck there for another 10 days until the leak guy came back. Then, I was not advised that the repair was out of warranty until after I incurred a $179 'diagnostic' fee. Additionally, when dropping the truck off I learned for the first time that there were 5 safety recalls as well, the fact that I was not notified is not on this dealer, I assume that's corporate. However, this dealer allegedly completed most of the recalls before Christmas, yet on the Mopar recall site, all five issues are still listed as 'Incomplete'. The final insult was when I picked the truck up and the 'low tire pressure' light was on. The truck was in the shop for two weeks, and no one put air in the tire. How many techs looked at my truck while doing six different repairs and no one thought to put air in the tire? Really? I do want to mention that everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly. More

Six week wait for appt, then kept truck for 3 days I waited 6 weeks for an appointment to have 2 recalls done and the blower motor replaced under warranty on my 2013 Ram. I arrived at the dealer on the appointment date 12/18/18 at 7:30 am. It took a full hour to wait in line and drop off my truck . The service advisor told me that they were two days behind with work and I had to leave the truck but they wouldn’t be looking at it for at least two days . He also told me they had no loaner cars for me . My truck was completed late on 12/20. Three full days . To insult me further, they offered to change my cabin filter for $90.00. This is a filter I bought (genuine Mopar) online for $17.00, and it takes roughly 2 minutes to change the filter myself, which I have done. Very disappointed by the way I was treated . Why did I wait 6 weeks for an appointment only to be treated like a stranger who happened to drive in ? And this is the second truck I’ve bought from security. More
