Cordial and professional On 2 occasions I have requested that an inspection of the transmission take place because at times I detect hesitation when the transmission shifts. During this service appointment , which was for a recall, the service dept performed a quick learn of tcm. Driving home I still detected hesitation at times during the transmission shifting through the gears. Does anyone take the vehicle for a test drive rather then relying on computers anymore? More

Being that i bought my Ram 2500 out of state and the fact its a diesel I was getting the run around from other dealerships. I was told Security was the best around from a local mechanic so I went there. Truly professional. Service advisor Dianna Oneil was excellent. Promised me that my truck would be done in two days. Turns out it was done in 5 hours. I could not believe it. Saved me time and also money being without my truck. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them. More
