I went to Security for a recall that was supposed to take 1 hour. It may have taken over 1 hour but when I checked with the service advisor after 1.5 hours he told me that the mechanic was on a ‘road test’ 1 hour. After waiting outside for over 25 minutes I went back in the the service desk and asked where did the mechanic go and told the advisor to call the mechanic to see if he was lost. The mechanic walked up to me 2 minutes later and told me my truck was parked ‘over there’ and handed me my keys. No explanation no apology. Seemed to be a very young and inexperienced staff working that evening shift. More

The other place I bring my car to gives a quick interior wipe and car wash. I spent $800 on breaks alone I think is crazy the least you could do is justify it with a car wash.
