Horrible communication. I purchased my truck for the specific reason it included a lifetime power train warranty. The second Security realized it was warranty work, communication stopped. The only time I could get an prompt answer from them was when they informed me of the cost of non-warranty work that needed to be completed. My truck was at the dealership for two months & when I finally picked it up my check engine and service 4WD light were both on. The attendant told me that I never mentioned anything about my 4WD needing to be serviced, when I have multiple text messages from my service coordinator stating they were working on it. I loved my truck and have driven it almost everyday since I purchased it in 2007. This left a really bad taste in my mouth and I unfortunately went and purchased a Chevrolet. Not happy with my experience at all. More

Went for 35K service, tranny and differential fluid change. All performed well. 2 days later saw broken plastic hanging underneath, up front. Returned that day, was shown broken belly pan ($230) to fix change. All performed well. 2 days later saw broken plastic hanging underneath, up front. Returned that day, was shown broken belly pan ($230) to fix. They said WAS broken when they performed 35K service, just forgot to mention it. Or was belly pan not properly affixed after service, then it came loose, bottoms out and breaks, and now I pay? Cant say for sure. More
