Service was absolutely horrible.. My truck was there for 4 days before they even checked to see what was wrong with it. No one notified me to To tell me That the truck had not been looked at. Service Manager was no help at all and couldn't tell me anything without talking to the person in charge of my vehicle. Shouldn't the Manager know what's going on in his garage? The receptionist was rude and obnoxious at one point telling me I needed to "calm down and take a breath". On a different occasion was the same towards my wife. There's supposedly no GM for the dealership to talk to if you have a problem. That's B.S. Notified BBB and am in the process of speaking with Chrysler. More
