Perfect Service I scheduled my service appointment on their website and received a call the same day confirming my appointment. When I arrived the service writer (St I scheduled my service appointment on their website and received a call the same day confirming my appointment. When I arrived the service writer (Steve Henderson) greeted me and asked me if I had any concerns besides the scheduled service. I took them about 90 minutes while I was waiting in the customer lounge which provided complimentary coffee and snacks. Upon completion of the work Steve brought me my keys and went over the service checklist with me and explained what was done. While servicing my truck they also performed two software updates and washed my truck as well. I am still under Toyota Care so there was no charge, the work order still showed that the service would have cost me around $70.00 if I had to pay for it. That is definitely a great price considering that a new oil filter and 2 GL of Mobil1 synthetic oil were used on my truck. Overall I had a very pleasant experience, especially considering that I didn't buy my truck at Seeger Toyota. I will definitely return to Seeger Toyota for all my service needs and hopefully will buy my next Tundra form them if we can agree on the numbers. More
