I was concerned that we would not be able to find a dealer after we moved that was as good as where we bought the Tacoma. The Seeger service department proved to be just as good and we are really happy that our new Toyota dealer is Seeger.

"Could Be Better"

I have my vehicle serviced at this location and, for the most part, am satisfied with the work they do. One point that pushes my "Customer Service" button, is that they advertise a free car wash and vacuuming with each service. Seeger should either do it or not - the half-baked effort they put into this is rather annoying. First, they sometimes will kind of do one or the other, seldom both, and never either as what I would rate as passable quality. More times than not, my vehicle looks worse, both internally and externally, than it did before they attempted this half-hearted effort. And if they would just have the guy returning the vehicle and driving it out of the service area, to wipe his feet before he gets into my vehicle with water and mud on his shoes. I always feel the need to clean my vehicle after getting it serviced at this location. On the positive side, they are friendly and work with me to get service times that are inline with my schedule.

"Fast Vehicle Processing"

Jason Johnson and Cory King provided a tremendously great service of receiving me into the service department and getting my Toyota Highlander checked in and repaired beyond my expectations. I was called when my vehicle was ready and they ensured a swift drop off of a loaner vehicle while ushering me through a quick pickup of my Toyota Highlander and payment for my vehicle inspection. In and out under five minutes; made me very happy to get back on my personal daily tasks. Thanks, Jason and Cory!
