Marc, Ken and even an employee in the title department who faxed some paperwork to the License Bureau for me this morning!!! I made the mistake of going to Jay Wolfe ONCE. The Pre-Owned Manager made a point to introduce himself the second time and apologize for the inconvenience and Ray worked hard to get us a good deal and provided us with good info on the Mazda 3 we looked at last night. It was a much better experience for my wife and I. They definitely work hard to correct mistakes and have good deals.
