Ray did not pressure me to make an impulse purchase despite the fact that this was th I had a great experience purchasing my new Camry thanks to Ray. Ray did not pressure me to make an impulse purchase despite the fact that this was the first time I had bought a car. He was very down to earth and took the time to get to know you as a person. He also opened up and shared some experiences from his own life - a very personal and appreciated touch. I feel like I left the Seeger Toyota dealership with not only a new car, but a new friend as well. Thanks again, Ray! More

Meeting the customers needs I knew what I could afford, and what would meet my family's needs. I explained that to Marc, and asked if a deal like that was something he could help I knew what I could afford, and what would meet my family's needs. I explained that to Marc, and asked if a deal like that was something he could help me with. I wasn't offered something "close", anything that was in stock that day, or pressured to change my mind. In only a few days Marc presented a car that he thought met my expectations. It was the perfect deal for me, and the perfect car for my family. The car exceeded my expectations and is one of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced. Thank You! More

Ray Berry is wonderful! I stopped by this dealership on the way home just to check things out. Being a young woman, I always have slight anxiety when stepping onto a dealersh I stopped by this dealership on the way home just to check things out. Being a young woman, I always have slight anxiety when stepping onto a dealership that I don't know and Ray treated me with utter respect. He was patient, fair, and you could tell he genuinely cares about people. I am still doing my car homework, but I definitely will go back to do some test drives and if the car fits, purchase a car. I recommend this dealership and specifically Ray to anyone! More

I'm not feeling bad for making a deal elsewhere I went in to take a look at a new Toyota Sienna, and Marc made the initial experience pretty good. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and the pr I went in to take a look at a new Toyota Sienna, and Marc made the initial experience pretty good. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and the price seemed right in our affordability range. I signed what he calls a "contract" to save time and scheduled a time to bring my wife in and possibly drive out of the lot with the car, but we found a deal elsewhere that was too good to pass up. Out of respect for Marc and Seeger Toyota, I sent them a message through their website asking them to thank Marc for his time but that we were going a different route (it was after business hours). Marc proceeded to call me back (obviously not having received the message) and began to berate me, making me feel bad after having explained that we went a different route. He wanted me to feel guilty for him not making any money and claiming that I did not contact the dealership at all; it's not my fault your message system did not get the message to you. He laughed at me multiple times when I tried to explain that I DID contact the dealership and even admitted I could have called, but the heavy guilt put on me just because I went somewhere else with a better deal will keep me from both coming back to this dealership/working with Marc and recommending this dealership to anyone else. A more appropriate response would have been this: "I'm sorry we couldn't make the deal work; let us know how we can earn your business next time." Laughing at someone being honest is not a good way to earn business, Marc. You lost a customer today, and it will take a lot to earn my trust again. More
