I received excellent service, complete explanations as well as repair options (considering the age and retail value of the car) from Scott - service writer. I felt like Scott was a partner in helping me to make important decisions regarding the repair costs while considering the possible total investment in a 2001 model. I was very thankful for his knowledge, honesty and commitment to excellent customer service as well as retaining Lou Fusz's customer base. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lou Fusz and will start shopping for my 3rd vehicle there very soon. More

As the time approached for me to leave for the appointment, my car had not yet been serviced, so Nikki arranged for transportation to and from my doctor's appointment, which wasn't very far away. By the time they brought me back after my doctor's appointment, my car was finished and ready to go. Nikki handled everything graciously and efficiently and quickly found a solution so that I would not have to come back another day for my oil change. More

I needed an oil change and I got the appointment time I requested. When I came in I was needing to get to work a little early. I brought my car in for a complimentary oil change. I was told it would take 45 minutes but took almost 2 hours. I was told I needed two new tires and a new air filter both of which I declined. I was told the cost on the air filter would be $63. While waiting for my car I called my mechanic and asked what they would charge for a new air filter. Their cost was $24. I asked if that included labor and was told there was no labor on replacing an air filter. When the service attendant told me my car was ready and went through the bill with me I explained that I had contacted my mechanic and could replace the filter with them for $24. Your service attendant then told me that since you are a Toyota shop you have to use Toyota parts and the cost of the air filter alone would be $37, meaning he planned to charge me nearly $30 for labor. I was surprised by this since my mechanic said there was no labor involved. On my way home I went by my mechanic's and asked to have the air filter and the front tires checked. I was told my air filter looked brand new and that my tires were getting low but still had wear left in them. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience at your service center. More
