Brought my car in for its 10,000 mile service. Made the appointment online and was ready to go in one hour. The waiting room is great with complimentary food and drinks and internet service. Came in for a 5 point inspection and oil change. Told I needed new tires on my car. Was only presented with 1 option for tires (quite expensive). I took it without thinking/asking about other tires that mi needed new tires on my car. Was only presented with 1 option for tires (quite expensive). I took it without thinking/asking about other tires that might be sold at Seeger. I said, verbatim, "I am trying to see what my options are here" and asked about simply rotating the tires instead of buying new ones. It wasn't an option because I needed new tires for safety reasons. Still, I wasn't presented with the option to get different tires than the ones which I was presented. So, I bought the nice tires with the warranty and I will keep them, they are adequate tires. But I felt like the sale was the focus and not the customer. More

Whenever we have come in for routine service and asked for them to check something else very small on the car, the response has been, that they don't have time and that we will have to make another appointment for that item. This time we specifically asked in advance for them to check the alignment while it was in, because of all the rough weather and potholes from the winter driving. The person who made the appointment said he would add that to our service ticket. When we brought in the car, we were told that you really don't have the right equipment to check the alignmen, but that you could realign it for an extra $140.00. We do like our car very much, but we probably would not buy another one from Seeger because of the experiences we have had with your service department. We usually buy Honda products and I guess their service has us spoilesd. More

After waiting over an hour for my car inspection I went to inquire about it since I had to get to work. The response I got was "work is over rated". When the cashier asked the service person about my paper to inquire about it since I had to get to work. The response I got was "work is over rated". When the cashier asked the service person about my paperwork, he said he still needed to complete it. However, he then went about a conversation with another customer about his own personal cars and motorcycles, completely ignoring me. They both sat and continued to talk and laugh about personal matters; while I stood there waiting. I told the cashier, I didn't want to be rude but I really needed to get to work. She just laughed. I felt that they totally disrespected my time. Not sure that I will return there for future service. I've never had this experience before with them. More
