I was very pleased with the service and your company pays great attention to detail. I was given a loner and was done in timely manner. While waiting for my turn I heard everyone asking ( at least 2 other) if they wanted their car washed, and it was a beautiful day , the next couple of days the temp was supposed to be above freezing, so perfect time for car wash, not worry about locks freezing before dried etc. no one asked me and I just thought they w ould automatically do it, because I thought when I bought the car they said free car washes when bring in for service. Needless to say, even thought it is something small I was disappointed, my car was not washed and was very dirty. Definitely much more significant is the quality of the service performed on the vehicle and I am very pleased with that. More
Everyone I interact with is incredibly helpful and honest and I enjoy interacting with any and all of the people in the service department. Each time I come in everyone remembers my name and often asks me ab and I enjoy interacting with any and all of the people in the service department. Each time I come in everyone remembers my name and often asks me about something we talked about the last time I was here. This also includes people I don't directly work with in the service department. The work is always done well and I never have an issues with what has been done. They only do and recommend the work necessary while letting you know what may need to be done in the future. It is the only place I trust with my car. More
Great service! I dropped my car off after work one evening and they called the next day with their assessment of the problem and price. Actually Glan called a couple times because I was away from my p evening and they called the next day with their assessment of the problem and price. Nikki was very kind, thorough and friendly. She made me feel very welcome and cared for throughout my visit. Dave was very helpful in finding a battery that I needed even though they did not have the one that I was eligible for under warranty (50%). It was a good deal, gave me a longer warranty period than the one even though they did not have the one that I was eligible for under warranty (50%).
