I had packed a lunch to eat in the car after my appointment (which ended about lunchtime), but Glen encouraged me to stay as long as I wanted to, and eat in the kitchenette attached to the customer lounge. There was someone taking care of the lounge, too, who even offered me paper plates to eat on. And, as usual with this dealer, the car was ready on time and was just fine. More
I contacted the Service/Parts Department via telephone on Wednesday, January 15 via telephone to inquire what documentation I would need, and what I would need to do in order to have a duplicate key made for Wednesday, January 15 via telephone to inquire what documentation I would need, and what I would need to do in order to have a duplicate key made for my 2002 Toyota Solara (my keys were locked in the trunk and we could not find the spare set). The individual I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and professional and told me to simply bring my identification and proof of ownership to the Service Desk at the dealership and it would only take 10-15 minutes to cut a new key. Later that day, when I arrived, it was apparent that the Service/Parts Department was very busy, but I was quite frankly treated rudely. After explaining to the first person I spoke to that I had called earlier and what I needed, he became extremely agitated that I didn't have a "RO", which I assume means a requisition order. I then was directed to servicing area where I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Finally, a very nice man (last name was "Todd") walked into the room and saw me waiting and asked to help me. Mr. Todd was the exception to my experience as he was highly professional and courteous and seemingly was the only person that actually wanted to help. He completed the R.O., after which I took it back to the Service Desk. This time a different individual (from the pictures above, I believe it was Mr. Chickey, but I'm not positive) was behind the desk and again, seemed quite agitated when I explained what I needed. I also tried to explain that my wife was waiting on me and that if it was going to take a while, I would be happy to come back later, but when I asked how long it was going to take, he reacted by sighing heavily and simply telling me they were very busy and it would be a "while". After that, I decided to leave and come back later. I was not able to return on Wednesday, but came back Thursday to pick up the key. The key was with the cashier, so I paid her and returned home to unlock my car. However, the key did NOT work. So I had to return again to Seeger Toyota, where the same (second person from the day before) person was working the Service/Parts counter. He again seemed exasperated when I explained that the key didn't work, but after a few minutes of discussion, agreed to cut a new key. When he returned, his entire attitude was different. It was apparent that when he compared my vehicle information to what had been used the day before, that he realized an error had been made with the original key. Regardless, he never apologized, but simply told me that he thought the new key should work. From there, I went home, and fortunately, the new key did in fact work. I want to stress that I've been bringing my car to Seeger for about nine years for servicing and have always had a positive experience. However, this week was a major exception and quite frankly makes me question whether I want to every come back again. More

I went to Seeger's dealership because it was close to home and I heard good things about their service. I was not dissappointed. Mark was excellent to work with. No high pressure tactics. Even called me at home one evening to let me know he had found a car in the color I was interested in, so I could see it firsthand. When I chose the model and color I wanted, I found that my wife's company had a partnership arrangement with another dealer. When I explained to Mark my situation on the price, he was able to match the deal. I am extremely happy with his service to me and his ongoing willingness to assist me. He told me to drive the car for a while and then come in and he would answer any questions I had that came up. I will return to Seeger and Mark to service my car needs in the future. In addition, Peggy showed me all of the gadgets in my new vehicle and synched my smart phone to the car! Thank you Peggy! I'm going to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members. I came in for an oil change and visual break inspection on a Friday afternoon. After explaining my concerns about noises my brakes were making, my service coordinator worked me into a spot the next day an on a Friday afternoon. Turns out my brakes were metal to metal in the front. While I wasn't really prepared to hear this, I was appreciative that they made it a priority to address my concerns and fix the problem in time for me to travel back to Columbia, MO. Everyone is also very patient and thorough and I always leave feeling as though I have been given the info straight, instead of possibly being sold a service I don't need! More
I like the service as well as updates on car inspection and fixing the issues. It was very clear on what is wrong at the moment with my car and should be fixed with right charges.
