My appointment was for 7:30am on a Saturday morning. They did not open on time and when the doors were finally unlocked at 7:32am, no one was ready to help customers. The computers were still being turned o did not open on time and when the doors were finally unlocked at 7:32am, no one was ready to help customers. The computers were still being turned on and employees were still talking about who was and wasn't working that day. We were asked to take a seat and told they would be with us shortly. I was second in line (5 of us were waiting for the doors to be unlocked) and was finally helped at 7:40. I took the first appointment of the day because we were leaving town that morning, And while I was being checked in, the lady assisting me was constantly interrupted by other employees needing help (legitamate help). When the cashier strolled in about 7:38 am (can you tell I was watching how this all played out becasue it was so frustrating) instead of asking if he could help anyone, get someone a cup of coffee, anything to deflate the poor service we were experiencing, he sat at his desk, pulled out his phone and was focused on that whole time I was being checked in. I went upstairs and the waiting room has not been cleaned. Smashed chips and popcorn on the floor. Luckily someone did come and make us coffee shortly after I arrived. This place has always been a 10 for me, but I have never been here on a weekend, only weekdays. But, if you are going to be open for business, then I expect the same service no matter what day fo week it is, and I expect it on time. More

This is the second car we have purchased with Mark Weyers. When it was time to look for a new Avalon, Mark was the first person we sat down with to talk about buying a car. We had looked at other dealers to see their inventory, but are happy that we worked with Mark. He is easy to work with and got us in our new car in record time! All of the "education" on the Avalon's technology was super - truly went above and beyond to help us learn about our car. Will talk to him when we need another new car! More

I dropped off my car at 9:30, and I got a call that it was done at 10:10. That's quick service which I like. I was also given a ride to work, which I appreciated very much. Greg Riley was one of the best new car salesman I have ever worked with. After finding out what I wanted, he took me out for a road test and eventually let me drive the car back to the dealership. I learned more about the car then I ever thought possible. The offer he made was a good one compared to another dealer. He mentioned that Toyota would be doing something for Black Friday, and as soon he found out the deal, he called and it saved me $1500.00. When I picked up the car he spent a good 90 minutes with me so I would know about all the new things the car had. I appreciated that very much. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. More

I liked this dealer because they had a liason call me to make an appointment so I didn't just walk into a dealer and have a bunch of people jump on me. George got me to the right person and time.
